Education is a life-long sustainable pathway to change the future lives of already broken immigrants by creating an opportunity to heal through successful and convenient career paths. A Trio collaboration by Refugees Studies Centre (RSC), British Institute In Eastern Africa (BIEA) and Refugees-Led research Hub (RLRH) has seen an uncovered gap in the imperative touch of education by immigrants.
The Trio partnership therefore feels compelled to introduce a holistic fellowship scholarship programme targeting Refugees, IDPs, Stateless, Asylum Seekers and other displaced persons obsessed to Excel in through education.
The RSC-BIEA fellowship in refugee studies will seek to offer 12 months coursework touching on world class teaching, mentorship and professional development activities, 3 terms of research and study (Oct 2021-July 2022) which will be followed by 3 months professional placement with RLRH, RSC and BIEA.Furthermore, the support will target 12 students each receiving a monthly stipend of USD 750 (Courtesy:Refugee studies Centre) with an Oxford University certificate award upon completion of the scholarship.
This is an unprecedented career game-changer that will evidently shine light on refugees’ education path through fellowships and networking … To apply, visit – https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfw7JMHfof5-kFORtxGpktp0UDgovAkL8i2T6n39cUYukhRhg/viewform
